Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager to join our team and drive our client relationships forward. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Identify new sales opportunities through strategic account planning and proactive outreach.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services aligned with client expectations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to review account performance and identify growth opportunities.
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating CRM systems, and tracking sales activities efficiently.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within a fast-moving industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with IT systems and tools used for customer relationship management (CRM) is preferred.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend meetings.
Prior experience in customer service roles that emphasize active listening and problem-solving is highly valued.
