Cylch Meithrin y Fenni is looking for a motivated and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Nursery Play and Lunch Assistant. They will be responsible for...

Maintaining our environmental rating of 5
Keeping high standards in the kitchen and nursery
Preparing and delivering snack to the children
Clearing away snack
Covering staff breaks, which will include covering with all age ranges
Ordering weekly shopping
Excellent knowledge on policies regarding the role
Helping within the classroom - tidying/sorting/cleaning
Engaging with children and creating fun activities
Plan with children activities that interest them

The successful candidate...

Understand the importance of safeguarding within the setting
Adhere to confidentiality of the children
Excellent at keeping paperwork in order
Be a person who has an understanding of CIW & NMS
Great team player and can work solely
A person who has a passion for working with children
Strong organisational skills
Has an understanding of the Welsh language

Qualifications

Level 2 Food & hygiene
Level 2 CCPLD
Basic Welsh
