Junior Transport Planner
Location: Tonbridge / Borough Green
Job Type: Full-Time – Monday – Friday (Weekends optional) Hours: , 10am-7pm & 2pm-10pm (two positions available).
Salary: £32,000 Per Annum
We are currently seeking reliable and organised Trainee Transport Planners to join our busy logistics team. This role involves planning efficient delivery routes, coordinating with drivers, and providing day-to-day administrative support to keep operations running smoothly. Ideal for someone looking for a new career as no experience needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimise delivery and collection routes
- Monitor vehicle movements and adjust schedules when needed
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and suppliers
- Handle general administration tasks and ad hoc duties as required
- Ensure compliance with transport laws and company procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in transport planning or logistics (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Flexibility as at times will need to complete the days tasks.
