Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the hotel and estate
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational issues
Assist with the upkeep of building services, plant equipment and guest areas
Complete maintenance records and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently
Support compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
Work collaboratively with all departments to minimise disruption to guests and operations

Person Specification

Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering or facilities role
Good practical skills with knowledge of general building maintenance
Ability to diagnose faults and resolve issues efficiently
Strong awareness of health and safety requirements
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Flexible approach to working hours and operational requirements
