Full job description

Carmel Global are a forward-thinking, international fashion supplier who are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join their team managing Front of House and the wider office for their UK office in Kentish Town.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about fashion and seeking a career in which they can develop and grow. You will be immersed in the ever changing, fast paced environment that is the fashion industry and have the opportunity to learn industry trends as well as gain a deeper understanding of the entire fashion lifecycle.

Responsibilities for the role include:

Managing all incoming and outgoing international post on a daily basis, including trips to the post office
Screening and redirecting incoming phone calls to the relevant person, taking messages when necessary
West-end garment sample drops on a weekly basis
Ensuring show rooms are always kept presentable
Managing the diary and preparing for upcoming meetings, including catering and any other requirements
Managing stock and ensuring we keep track by performing weekly stock checks
Maintaining office supplies and equipment, including day-to-day relationships with suppliers and contractors
Assisting with the administration of incoming supplier invoices
Assisting directors and senior team members with daily administrative and personal tasks, including booking travel arrangements and coordinating team schedules
Director and multi-team support where needed

The ideal candidate will be extremely well presented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess a can-do attitude, happy to support where needed across the business. Previous admin or Front of House experience is essential. The role will be varied and there may be times when you are required to support sales and design teams with ad-hoc tasks. We are seeking a motivated, organised individual with a good personality who will have the ability to hit the ground running and use initiative to take ownership of Front of House and the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
