Female Night Support Worker

Salary: £12.75 - £12.95 per hour, paid training included.

Location: Glenholme, Finchley, London, N12 8RP

Hours: Full-time opportunities available for up to 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Waking Night shifts (9pm - 7:30am)

Immediate start preferred

As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night. You will provide reassurance, promote independence, respond to individual needs, and maintain a calm and caring environment while supporting people to live fulfilling lives.

Salary increase to £12.85 per hour upon completion of our paid-for Care Certificate (industry-recognised qualification)
Salary increase to £12.95 per hour upon completion of a paid-for Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ qualification (industry-recognised qualification)
Compensation of up to £200 for completing your e-learning before you start
Hastee Pay – withdraw up to 40% of your earned salary before payday
28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

What You'll Do

With the right training and support, you will help promote independence, choice, inclusion, and dignity for the people we support. Every night you will make a meaningful difference and become much more than a Support Worker – you will become a trusted companion, advocate, and source of reassurance.

Duties of a Night Support Worker

Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting with personal care where required
Promoting and encouraging independent living skills
Administering and managing medication
Carrying out regular welfare checks and responding appropriately to individuals' needs during the night
Maintaining accurate care records and completing night documentation
Reporting concerns and escalating incidents appropriately
Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion
Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and outcomes
Helping maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable environment throughout the night
