Description

You will be empowered to lead a manage a small team in ensuring the service provided our Executive Lounge is as luxurious as the name portrays. You’ll be responsible for managing service operations, revenue generating sales and employee engagement. You and your team will be responsible for all the VIP guests, the only ones with access to the outlet, ensuring outstanding service and guest care is consistent.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

You will be part of a wider team supporting other departments deliver quality products and services across our outlets. Here’s what you will be expected to do:

Develop, implement and monitor restaurant sales, service and operational systems to provide a seamless guest experience maximising business potential.
Anticipate guests’ needs and provide service to exceed their expectations, take appropriate action with regards to guest feedback
To manage, lead & inspire a well-structured team of food & beverage professionals ensure all are briefed accordingly.
To be responsible for the smooth running of own outlet.
Support other departments where required.
Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads with the Food and Beverage Manager and Marketing team.
