**Must drive and have access to a vehicle due to office location**

September 26/ October 26 start for handover period

Monday - Friday - office based only. (NO working from home option)

Core Hours: 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to serve as our Client Account Manager. This role involves managing client accounts, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting team operations to ensure smooth business functions. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and experience with office management tools. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within a professional environment, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Candidate requirements

Thrive in a fast‑paced, busy office environment within a small team.
Strong all‑round administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Take full ownership of client requests, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery.
Liaise daily with engineers and provide accurate updates.
Stakeholder engagement with; clients, contractors, and senior management.
Source materials and equipment, coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and schedules.
Build and strengthen client relationships through consistent, professional communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work independently and use initiative to solve problems.
Manage a heavy workload by effectively prioritising key tasks.
Flexible and adaptable to changing daily demands.
Manage diaries and coordinate appointments.
Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and other software to produce documents and maintain records.
Organise and store physical and digital information efficiently.
Meet clients face‑to‑face in a professional manner (on occasion)
Willing to work with flexibility regarding finish times, when required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, with a strong background in administrative support (maintenance services desirable)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong level of phone etiquette and customer service skills
Previous experience in office or administrative environments is preferred

This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and fostering positive client relationships. We welcome candidates who are organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our professional team.

Pay: £30,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
