Full job description

Rochfords Tree Services Ltd are looking for a skilled and motivated Experienced Groundsman to join our professional tree surgery team. We are a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and customer service.

The Role:

Supporting climbers with ground operations

Safe use of chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders

Processing and handling timber and brash

Maintaining a tidy and safe worksite

Driving and operating company vehicles and equipment

Requirements:

Previous experience as a groundsman within tree surgery

NPTC / LANTRA qualifications (CS30/31 minimum preferred)

Full UK driving licence (towing licence advantageous)

Strong understanding of health & safety practices

Ability to work well as part of a team with a positive attitude
