Full job description

Office Junior Administrator Assistant wanted for a young, busy, growing and friendly Structural Engineering practice in Orpington.

The all-female administration team you will be working alongside are aged between 19 and 22 years old.

ROLE

You will provide support within the team and help ensure the smooth running of the office.

The main responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

Booking in projects and appointments, answering the telephone, and forwarding messages.
Liaising directly with your own clients daily.
Arranging quotations and invoices.
Updating our database to ensure projects are within the quoted time frames.

General Office Administration

The ideal candidate must have / be -

Good educational grades and grammar.
Telephone manor.
Local to Orpington.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word and Excel.
Reliable and punctual.
Confident and motivated.
A good problem solver.
Comfortable working both individually and alongside another colleague/administrator.
