Job Overview:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator / Team Leader to join our team who can demonstrate a foundation of Sales Coordination experience in a manufacturing environment . This is a key support role, ensuring smooth office operations and a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer emails
- Inputting sales orders into our bespoke software
- Preparing delivery notes and works orders
- Processing customer orders and raising purchase orders
- General admin and office support tasks
- Managing supplier communication and order follow-ups
- Filing documents in an efficient and organised manner
- Directing site traffic appropriately
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone/email manner
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work
- Confident IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work well within a small team
- (Preferred) Background in manufacturing or related industries
