JOB INFORMATION

Job title: Administrative Assistant

Job location: Aberdeen
Hours of work: Part-Time (22 hours per week, negotiable, worked over 5 days)

Salary: Circa 28-30k (pro-rata - dependant on experience)

JOB PURPOSE

This role provides general administrative and office support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and effective support to the Deputy Chief Executive and wider management team. This is a varied and rewarding role within a collaborative organisation, offering the opportunity to support senior colleagues, contribute to the smooth running of the office and play a part in our wider mission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high-quality administrative support to the Deputy Chief Executive and wider management team
Administration support for ETZ Sub-Committees and Joint Venture company
Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and support inbox management where required
Arrange travel, hospitality, expenses and other day-to-day administrative tasks
Support the smooth running of the office, including supplies, facilities and general administration
Maintain accurate records and systems, including data entry on the CRM system.
Provide wider administrative support across the organisation and assist with events when needed

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Previous experience in office administration or a similar administrative role
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience of diary or calendar management and coordinating meetings
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and reliable team player with a flexible approach
