Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms to ensure high standards of hygiene.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the facility.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Follow established protocols for cleaning products and equipment usage to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
Experience in a hotel environment is advantageous but not essential.
Good customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
