THE OPPORTUNITY

Century 21 Commercial & Scotland is growing and we’re looking for a motivated agent with a strong communication style, positive attitude, and a genuine interest in property to join our expanding team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Property Agent, you will support both our commercial and residential operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, fast-paced, and client‑focused.

Key Responsibilities

Property viewings - Conduct and support commercial and residential viewings

Property inspections - Conduct routine inspections and reporting

Portal management - Maintain listings and ensure accuracy across all platforms

Client communication - Provide professional, timely updates to clients and applicants

Social media marketing - Support marketing efforts to promote properties and brand visibility

General administrative support - Assist with day-to-day office operations

QUALIFICATONS

Undergraduate degree in law/real estate/property management, or a related field preferred
Experience in sales preferred
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are crucial
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Professional and positive attitude to learn with a keen interest in real estate and customer service
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Interest in commercial and residential property
Comfortable using digital tools and social media

This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to establish themselves within the property sector. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
