We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Social Care Worker to join our team. As a Senior Carer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting both residents and care staff to ensure outstanding service.

This is a part-time post, 7.66 hours per week, to be worked on a rota basis over 3 weeks.

Previous experience in a care role in a care setting
Experience in a senior or supervisory role (preferred)
SVQ 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and make decisions
A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
Good understanding of safeguarding and care regulations
Reliability and flexibility, including working shifts/weekends
