Job Overview
We are currently seeking a organised, methodical and motivated individual, to join our team at Shillibiers, a haulage & groundworks company in Pyle.
One full time role or two part time roles as a job share would be considered.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently using Sage payroll.
- Maintain and update employee records related to wages, deductions, and benefits
- Raise sales invoices
- Data entry of purchase invoices
- Monitor and chase sales ledger balances
- Monitor and maintain purchase ledger balances
- Proven experience working with accounting software
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in accounts payable or payroll administration is highly desirable
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Analytical skills for interpreting financial data and resolving discrepancies
- Knowledge of human resources processes related to payroll and employee management is advantageous.
Pay: £28,080.00-£30,160.00 per year
