We are a growing childcare organisation providing high-quality wraparound care and holiday club provision across multiple settings. Our aim is to create safe, engaging and nurturing environments for children while building strong partnerships with schools and families.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and organised Marketing and Social Media Lead to help raise our profile, increase occupancy across our settings and strengthen our brand. We prioritize safety, fun, and engaging activities for children, fostering a positive environment aligned with our values of professionalism and community support.
This role will also support our sister company, The Children's Day Nursery, working closely with the Senior Management Team to promote both organisations. You will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing occupancy, and enhancing the online presence of both businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to work across two well-established childcare organisations, helping to grow their reputation and strengthen engagement with families and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content, including photography, graphics, videos and promotional campaigns.
- Develop a monthly marketing calendar and schedule content in advance.
- Promote nursery places, wraparound care and holiday clubs to maximise occupancy.
- Design marketing materials including leaflets, posters, newsletters and digital advertisements.
- Monitor enquiries generated through marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Build relationships with local schools, businesses and community organisations to increase awareness of our services.
- Organise promotional events, open days and community engagement activities.
- Collect and share parent testimonials, success stories and case studies.
- Ensure all branding is professional and consistent across the organisation.
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics and provide regular reports to the Senior Management Team.
- Keep up to date with current marketing trends and recommend new ways to promote the business.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in marketing, communications or social media.
- Excellent IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if travel between settings is required).
Desirable
- Experience within education or childcare.
- Knowledge of website management and SEO.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite and digital advertising.
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Experience using email marketing platforms.
