The Loft is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling high-quality cabinets and furniture pieces. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and assemble cabinet components according to specifications and technical drawings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised machinery safely and efficiently
- Fabricate customised furniture pieces with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure all work meets The Loft's quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs are realised accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
- Fitting and installation skills would be highly preferable
Experience
- Proven previous experience in furniture fabrication, preferably within a professional environment
- Skilled in the use of a wide variety of hand tools related to fine woodwork
- Proficient with power tools including routers, sanders, and drills
- Knowledge of furniture making techniques essential for cabinet making
- Ability to undertake heavy lifting safely and efficiently during project execution

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
