Why this role is different
This isn't a role where you'll spend every day managing diaries and booking meetings.
You'll become the Managing Director's trusted right-hand person, helping turn ideas into action and ensuring priorities keep moving. You'll have a front-row seat to the growth of the business, supporting projects, coordinating people, driving accountability and helping create the capacity needed for the next stage of our journey.
No two days will be the same.
One day you might be helping launch a new business initiative, preparing reports for key decisions or coordinating important meetings.
The next, you'll be speaking with customers and suppliers, supporting business projects, improving internal systems or helping keep multiple priorities moving forward.
You'll be trusted, valued and genuinely involved in the direction of the business—not simply supporting it from the sidelines.
What you'll be doing
As Executive Assistant, you'll help the Managing Director stay focused on growing the business while ensuring day-to-day priorities continue to move forward.
You'll be involved in:
- Managing schedules, priorities and executive administration.
- Coordinating meetings, communications and follow-up actions.
- Supporting business projects from planning through to delivery.
- Preparing reports, presentations and business documents.
- Liaising confidently with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Tracking actions and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and ways of working.
- Helping keep our leadership team focused, organised and accountable.
What we're looking for
You'll probably love this role if you naturally enjoy organising, planning and making things happen.
You'll be someone who:
- Loves bringing order to busy environments.
- Builds great relationships with people.
- Communicates confidently both in writing and over the phone.
- Takes ownership and follows things through.
- Thinks ahead and solves problems before they become issues.
- Enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Has previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or in a similar senior administrative role.
