Your Role as a Engagement Tutor in Bridgwater
1:1 and Small Group Tuition – Deliver personalised tutoring sessions in literacy, numeracy, and wider learning, designed around each pupil’s needs.

Engagement Tutor Job Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – A recognised teaching qualification is essential.

Communication Skills – Ability to engage and build positive relationships with students, families, and professionals.
