Soft Gel Production Operator (Night Shift)

INW Bee Health | Bridlington, East Yorkshire £12.75 per hour + £1.00 per hour Night Shift Premium Progression to £15.00 per hour + Night Premium Quarterly Production Bonus Permanent | Full-Time

Working Pattern

✅ 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
✅ 6:00pm to 6:00am Night Shifts

About the Role

As a Soft Gel Production Operator, you will play a vital part in manufacturing high-quality nutritional supplements that are supplied to customers worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

Producing products in line with production plans, on time and right first time.
Manufacturing and blending capsules and liquid products to the highest quality standards.
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
Preparing equipment before production and carrying out machine testing and checks.
Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), BRC and Food Safety requirements.
Completing production records and manufacturing documentation accurately and on time.
Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.

Previous manufacturing, production or food industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

Pay & Career Progression

Starting Rate: £12.75 per hour

Night Shift Premium: Additional £1.00 per hour

Through our dedicated training matrix, employees can increase their skills and progress to:

£15.00 per hour plus the £1.00 per hour night shift premium
