Server/Bartender – Join the Team at Honey Pot

This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure. Our menu changes regularly, so successful candidates must be confident learning new menu items and adapting quickly.
Hospitality experience is essential.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly while creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our EPOS system (Toast experience preferred)
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards
- Ensure excellent guest experiences by being attentive, proactive, and professional
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across tables, bar areas, and workstations
- Follow all food hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Learn and confidently communicate regularly changing menu items
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in serving, bartending, or hospitality is required
- Experience using EPOS/POS systems (Toast preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive, can-do mindset with strong teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Willingness to support teammates and maintain consistently high standards
