Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our Warehouse operations. We are looking for a driven candidate, willing to take ownership and responsibility for the Warehouse team and Warehouse performance. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operational processes, meeting quality standards, and managing a small team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for:
· Labour, resources and training to achieve compliance to plan and improve efficiencies.
· Management of the Inward Logistics
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
· Execute daily & weekly schedules ensuring Compliance to Plan
· Drive cost reductions and increase productivity in all areas
· Project manage site improvements
· Provide leadership and development opportunities for all staff
· Responsibility for the timely bookings of goods in to maintain accurate control of inventory
· Implementing all the company’s procedures and policies
· Ensure operatives under your control are completing all timely transactions and bookings
· Strong communication and feedback of progress or issues to senior management
Warehouse Manager - Requirements:
· Must possess a valid Forklift Operator licence
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
· Strong leadership skills
· A positive attitude & willingness to solve problems
· Enjoy & thrive in a target driven environment
· Self-motivated & able to manage a busy workload effectively & efficiently
· Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
