Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable General Handyperson on a temporary basis from 29th June 2026 until mid-September 2026. The role involves supporting our permanent maintenance team with general maintenance tasks across our portfolio of properties. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who has excellent painting and decorating skills as well as good general practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Painting and decorating in empty properties
Moving furniture, materials, and equipment when required
Carrying out basic repairs and general handyperson tasks when required
Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised
Following company health and safety procedures at all times

Skills and Experience

Previous painting and decorating experience
Basic handyperson or property maintenance skills advantageous
Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
Good reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Must have the legal right to work in the UK
Ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour
