Full job description

Positions Available:

We have a night carer position for 3 shifts per week i.e. 30 hours. Our shift times are 9.00pm to 7.00am.

Responsibilities:

Provide care and support to residents.
Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and grooming.
Respond promptly to residents' calls for assistance.
Maintain a safe and secure environment.
Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care or support role.
Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
Enhanced DBS clearance.
