Are you aged 18-25yrs? Want a role where your voice matters? Join Here4YOUth as a Young Advisor and help shape support for young people in Dudley. This is a chance to be part of a service that listens to young people and uses their ideas to improve what it offers.
You’ll help welcome young people to our service, support events and activities, share ideas, gather feedback, and help create youth-friendly content and campaigns.
You might be a great fit if you’re confident, reliable, enjoy working with people, and want to make a difference. No formal qualifications are needed – we’re more interested in your attitude, ideas and willingness to get involved. We welcome applications from young people with a passion for promoting wellbeing, community insight, or an interest in helping others.
We’ll give you training, support and regular supervision, plus the chance to build confidence, experience and new skills in youth participation, reducing alcohol and other substance related risks, communication and community engagement.

This role is open to applicants aged 18–25 only. The post forms part of a commissioned programme specifically funded to provide paid peer support opportunities for young people aged 18–25. The age requirement is considered a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
Applicants must be able to provide satisfactory evidence of their right to work in the UK at the application stage.
