About you:
We’re looking for someone with great people skills, a professional attitude and a passion for property to join our team as a Viewing Specialist.
You’ll be well-presented, reliable, and able to connect naturally with people to help showcase our homes at their very best. With excellent time-management skills and your own transport, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.

- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)

What your day to day will look like:
As a Viewing Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, professional face our clients meet when viewing a property. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, can think on their feet, and represents the company with pride.
Key responsibilities and skills required
- Meeting potential buyers or tenants and conducting property viewings in line with company standards
- Promoting the benefits of each property and supporting the sales process
- Ensuring each property is ready, suitable and secure before and after viewings
- Collecting, managing and returning keys responsibly
- Providing clear, timely feedback to the sales team
- Assisting in bringing new business opportunities to the company
- Representing and promoting the company’s image at every opportunity
- Being available for additional hours during the week when required
