Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Mixologist/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will craft exceptional cocktails, provide outstanding customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
- Keep track of stock levels and assist in replenishing supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws regarding the sale of alcohol.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods.
- Stay informed about new cocktail recipes, trends, and customer preferences to continuously improve offerings.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, particularly as a bartender or mixologist.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Effective time management to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment.
- Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and enthusiasm for the role.
