Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales & Service Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be providing exceptional service, building strong customer relationships and delivering profitable sales performance.

We will support your development with product, systems, and ongoing sales training to help give our customers a ‘Specialist On The Phone’, as well as in the home.

Our ideal candidate is confident with customers, friendly, and calm in their approach – and as our name suggests – nothing less than Fabulous!

Main Responsibilities

Converting sales opportunities through excellent service and negotiation skills.
Working as part of a team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Providing impeccable service by telephone, email, social media and online chat.
Accurately responding to customer queries and requests within the stated SLA.
Scheduling and managing customer appointments and installations.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management to foster lasting client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Core Information

Salary OTE based on: Basic Salary £25,000 - £29,000 pa (based on experience) and OTE target based bonus of £5k-£7k pa

Working hours – 37.5 per week - Monday - Friday with a 1-hour lunch break

(9am-5:30pm / 11:30am-8pm shifts on a rota basis)

*At least one Saturday shift per month - Paid / DIL available. Arranged on a rota basis.
