The Telemarketing Company is looking for a fluent Polish speaker to join our team on an exciting B2B telemarketing campaign for one of our clients, supporting the launch of innovative industrial robotics solutions across the Polish market.
This is an exciting opportunity to join The Telemarketing Company on a 6–12 week project for one of our clients, supporting the launch of innovative industrial robotics solutions across the Polish market.
There is the potential to move onto other projects within the business following the successful completion of this campaign, subject to performance and business requirements.

About the Role
Working on behalf of one of our clients, you'll be contacting businesses throughout Poland to introduce innovative industrial robotics solutions and identify organizations that could benefit from automation technology.
Your primary focus will be speaking with system integrators (SI) and machine builders (OEM), understanding their automation requirements, qualifying opportunities, and arranging meetings with our client's Robotics Sales Specialist.
This is a business-to-business (B2B) role requiring confidence, professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm (35 hours per week)
- Contract Length: 6–12 weeks
- Type of Contract: Casual
- Hourly rate: £13.45
- Office based (Brighton)
What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound B2B calls to companies across Poland
- Introducing innovative industrial robotics solutions
- Identifying automation projects and business opportunities
- Speaking with decision-makers to understand their current and future requirements
- Qualifying sales opportunities using campaign criteria
- Booking meetings (face-to-face where possible or Microsoft Teams) for our client's Robotics Sales Specialist
- Accurately updating CRM systems with customer information and call outcomes
- Working closely with your Team Leaders and receiving ongoing campaign support and coaching
Full campaign training will be provided.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Fluent-level Polish (spoken and written), ideally born and educated in Poland
- Good spoken English for internal communication
- Previous telemarketing, telesales or customer service experience
- Ideally some B2B prospecting or lead generation experience (UK or Polish markets)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with business decision-makers over the phone
- The ability to learn technical information quickly and communicate it clearly
- A positive attitude, resilience and strong organisational skills
