Job Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Roofers. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in roofing and construction, providing a valuable foundation for a career in the building trades. Trainee Roofers will work under the supervision of experienced professionals, assisting with various roofing tasks and gaining practical skills in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
Participate in fabricating and fitting roofing materials according to project specifications
Help with heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Learn to operate various construction equipment safely under supervision

Experience

No prior experience necessary; training will be provided on-site
