We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator to work alongside the surveyors who manage the commercial property, owned by the Council in the city, including the properties on the seafront at beach level.

About the role

We are looking for an organised and effective team player who can provide a range of administrative duties including using the Council’s finance system to raise purchase orders and process invoices. You will be confident in maintaining property records, databases and used to working with a range of spreadsheets, document management systems and general office administration.

You will have a helpful manner and good interpersonal skills for dealing with customer enquiries in an inclusive way.

Ideally you will have an interest in property and a willingness to learn how we manage the portfolio of beach chalets including the letting process and the waiting lists. With training provided, this could include arranging viewings, inspections on site and reminders to chalet tenants on decoration and maintenance. Beach huts and chalets

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.

These would be part of your individual working arrangements alongside any personal preference agreed with your manager in advance of joining.
