Full job description

Live-in Caretaker wanted starting February 2027

We are looking for a live-in caretaker for a dynamic retreat Centre in northern France, near Dieppe and Amiens, called the Mill Retreat Centre see www.millretreatcentre.com

Accomodation will be included with the job, at a one-site self-contained maisonette flat which will be your home.

We are looking for someone with practical skills and driving skills the main work will be:

1. Looking after the 5 acres grounds gardens and cutting the grass

2. Repairing any issues in the building like plumbing, electrics and tractor mowers and more.

3. Driving a minibus to England and back with guests 10- 20 times a year

You need to be a kind, responsible and lovely person, who loves taking care of both people and the grounds and buildings. Is hard-working with lots of energy and in very good health.

Who can work alone and in a team.

You need to have an understanding or respect the activities at the centre, which is sacred self-development work, meditation groups, yoga and groups working for the good.

The centre is open from March 2027 to November and usually closes for the winter.

The job starts next year in February 2027
