Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly?

Do you enjoy working as part of a team to deliver great food and excellent service every day?

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to come and join our team at the Lewes campus.

This role will include:

assisting in serving customers
working a cash till at our busy Lewes campus
assisting with kitchen duties helping chefs with food preparation

If you can demonstrate the following, then we would like to hear from you:

understanding of food hygiene desirable but not essential as training will be provided
willingness to work as part of a team
excellent organisation skills and a flexible attitude

Closing date: 26th August 2026
Interview Date: w/c 31st August 2026

College location: Based at our Lewes Campus.

Annual salary: Circa £11,100 (Based on £24,900 FTE)

Hours: Term Time Only - 20 Hours/37 Weeks
