We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced IPAF Driver / Powered Access Operator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating powered access equipment safely and efficiently, transporting equipment where required, and supporting site operations across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Operate Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) in accordance with IPAF regulations and site procedures.
Carry out daily pre-use inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment.
Transport access equipment to and from customer sites when required.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with health and safety legislation.
Complete relevant paperwork, vehicle checks, and delivery documentation.
Liaise professionally with site managers, clients, and colleagues.
Report any faults, defects, or safety concerns immediately.
Requirements
Valid IPAF licence (3a and 3b categories preferred).
Full UK Driving Licence (Class C/C1 desirable but not essential).
Previous experience operating MEWPs in construction, industrial, or commercial environments.
Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
CSCS card advantageous.
