Junior insurance claims handler to join our client’s team based in Maidenbower, Crawley.
The company encourages teamwork, communication, peer training and career progression.
We require someone with a good standard of education, ideally with some experience of dealing with customers and the ability to develop customer relationships, though full in-house training will be provided.
Some insurance experience and/or foreign language skills would be an advantage, but this is not essential.
It is vital that you have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, as well as a working knowledge of computer applications.
You should be able to demonstrate that they are willing to utilise individual initiative whilst working as part of a team dedicated to providing excellent service to all parties involved in the claims.
