The Telemarketing Company is growing, and we are always keen to hear from people interested in joining our friendly and supportive call centre team in Brighton.

Your day to day will involve:

Contact and engage potential customers to create new sales opportunities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
Learning about products, services, and campaign requirements
Working with your team leader for guidance and support when needed
Full training is provided, along with ongoing coaching.

Important Details:

Salary: £13.45 per hour
Employment type: Casual
Office based
Shift Pattern: Weekends only (Saturday 9am – 5pm & Sunday 10am – 4pm)

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from people who have:

Previous sales experience (Minimum 1 year preferred)
A professional telephone manner
Excellent communication and listening skills (Mandatory)
Demonstrate confidence in own abilities
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Conscientiousness and drive
A-levels or above academic qualifications
Strong listeners who enjoy helping customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced contact centre environment
Motivated, reliable, and open to feedback and development
