Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking a passionate Relief Support Worker to join our incredible team in Brighton.

Holding a full UK driving licence is preferred for this role, the people we support have their own cars and you need to be comfortable driving people to various destinations, ensuring they can access all the places they wish to go.

At our Brighton service, we have one service where three people share their home, we also support three people who live in the community. You will provide high-quality, flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, with complex communication needs. Your role is to help people live as independently as possible and to enjoy a great life.

What we're looking for:

A genuine passion for supporting others.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Shift times:

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!

Days: Between 07:00-22:00

There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20
