We are seeking a highly organised, methodical, and proactive Travel & Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced agency delivering projects across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for staff & contractors across the UK and Europe.
- Book flights, rail travel, accommodation, transfers, and associated logistics including visas when necessary.
- Monitor travel schedules and provide real-time support when changes or disruptions occur.
- Act quickly and effectively to resolve travel issues, delays, cancellations, and last-minute operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and booking documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, venues, hotels, and transport providers to secure the best travel solutions at the best possible price
- Support company director with logistical planning and coordination.
- Ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies, budgets, and client requirements.
- Assist with general operational and administrative duties as required.
About You
- Exceptionally organised with a methodical approach to work.
- Calm, resilient, and able to make sound decisions during high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online booking systems and databases.
- Previous experience in travel coordination, logistics, events, operations, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
