Bridal Sales Consultant

wed2b - Brighton (In-store)

8 hours per week at £12.71 per hour + commission

Help brides find their perfect dress-while delivering exceptional sales results.

At wed2b, our Bridal Sales Consultants combine a genuine care for every customer with a personal drive for delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, while also creating a supportive and personalised experience for each bride.

Your day to day responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
Build rapport quickly and understand each customer's style, needs, and budget
Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
Guide customers through the decision-making process in a supportive, consultative way
Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Collaborate with a small team to maintain a positive and results-driven environment

Who we're looking for

Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role
A target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A naturally empathetic and customer-focused approach
Confidence in styling or an interest in fashion (preferred)
Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays

Pay & benefits

£12.71 per hour
Uncapped commission - earn more based on your performance

Important Information

Due to the nature of the role, which involves assisting brides in a state of undress, applications are open only to females and transgender women with a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC). This is in line with an occupational requirement under the Equality Act.
