FACILITIES, PROGRAMMING & OPERATIONS MANAGER
MINDSET - The Training Club
£25,000–£32,000 per year, aligned with experience and responsibility
Worthing Full/Part‑time
A rare opportunity to help build a truly exceptional training facility from day one.
Mindset opens this summer — a premium training club built around strength training, high‑intensity conditioning and clean, purposeful movement.
We believe training should be structured, progressive and effective — and we also believe it should be enjoyable, because that’s what keeps people consistent. We believe in coaching that’s present, engaged and genuinely supportive. And we believe in creating a space where people train with confidence, clarity and purpose.
Mindset is a coach‑led facility. Every session is guided, intentional and delivered with care. Our drive is simple: build a space where great coaching, great training and great people come together. Our vision is long‑term — a training club known for its standards, its culture and the way it makes people feel.
Now we’re looking for a coach who wants to help elevate that vision, evolve it and take it forward with the founders.
THE ROLE
You’ll coach sessions that blend strength work with high‑intensity training, delivered in a way that feels clear, challenging and accessible. You’ll support members from their very first session, guide them through their first 21 days and help create a consistent, high‑standard experience.
A key part of your role will be contributing to the structure and progression of the programme. You’ll help ensure the training stays organised, progressive and interesting — the kind of programming members can trust, enjoy and stick with. You’ll work with the founders to refine and develop the system over time, keeping it aligned with Mindset’s identity while adding your coaching experience and insight.
You’ll also play a central role in staff recruitment, development and management. You’ll help build a coaching team that delivers sessions the MINDSET way — clear, supportive, high‑standard and consistent. You’ll train and mentor coaches to uphold the quality and culture that define the facility.
Operationally, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the timetable and the facility. That means ensuring sessions start on time, the space is reset and ready, and the day‑to‑day flow of the club feels organised, professional and intentional.
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a coach who cares about movement, strength and doing things properly. You communicate clearly, coach cleanly and bring energy without ego.
You’re organised, reliable and good with people. You enjoy the member journey — the conversations, the onboarding, the follow‑ups. You’re confident leading others, supporting a team and setting standards. You want responsibility and the chance to help build something you can be proud of.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Mindset exists because we’ve spent years training — paying attention to what makes training feel exciting, motivating and sustainable. We’ve trained in countless environments, experienced different styles and learned what makes people feel confident, supported and consistent.
Mindset is the result of all of that. A facility built out of passion, curiosity and a genuine love for training. A place designed to deliver the ultimate group training experience — coach‑led, structured, progressive, challenging and fun. Training that feels good, makes sense and keeps people coming back.
We’ve built Mindset with intention: the standards, the culture, the coaching, the flow, the atmosphere — all shaped by what we believe great training should feel like.
This role matters because you’ll be part of bringing that vision to life from day one. You’ll help protect the standards, develop the coaching team, guide the programming and ensure the facility runs smoothly. You’ll help turn a clear vision into a long‑term, exceptional training environment.
