Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales platform and digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of our e-commerce strategies to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and strengthen brand presence across digital channels. Your energetic leadership will drive innovation, foster collaboration across teams, and ensure our online storefront remains competitive and engaging in a fast-paced digital landscape.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals to boost online revenue and market share.
Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring seamless functionality, user experience, and content accuracy using platforms like WordPress.
Lead digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO best practices, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management to attract and retain customers.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling copywriting and visual content using Adobe Photoshop that enhances product listings and promotional materials.
Analyze website performance and marketing metrics through Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other tools to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Coordinate project management efforts across teams to launch new features, campaigns, or website updates efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Oversee B2B marketing initiatives to establish strong partnerships with business clients and expand wholesale opportunities.
Supervise a team of marketing specialists, providing leadership, mentorship, and organizational support to meet strategic objectives.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding campaign progress, market trends, and performance insights.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices for online transactions and customer data protection.

Experience

Proven management experience leading e-commerce platforms or digital marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise in SEO strategies, Google Ads campaigns, Google Analytics analysis skills, and social media management tools.
Proficiency in WordPress website management along with Adobe Photoshop for content creation.
Demonstrated ability in project management with excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
Skilled in copywriting for product descriptions, promotional content, and email marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and building long-term client relationships within the digital space.
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across diverse teams.
Technical knowledge of IT systems relevant to e-commerce operations combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes.
