Recruitment Executive – Derby

Are you an ambitious recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? Do you enjoy building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients?

Workchain is looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our growing team in Derby.

As a Recruitment Executive, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, delivering outstanding service and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy brief to placement
Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
Advising clients on recruitment best practice and market trends
Staying up to date with industry developments to maintain a competitive edge

About You

Proven experience within a recruitment role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
