About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organised and self motivated Digital Content Creator to join our Chorley based digital marketing agency.

This is a varied role that will involve creating and editing video content, producing reels and short social clips, working with images and video footage, and designing eye catching creative for use across social media platforms.

You will be working with a wide range of clients across different sectors, so creativity, adaptability and a good understanding of what makes content engaging online will be key. The right person will be able to take a brief, add their own ideas, and help our clients get more value from the content we produce on their behalf.

You will be joining an existing team that includes web design, SEO, PPC and video production specialist, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a creative digital team while also being confident enough to take ownership of their own projects.

Salary
£29,000 pro rate. Hours are flexible, but will be office based and home working is not on offer.

Key Responsibilities

The role will include:

Creating and editing video content for social media, websites and digital campaigns.
Producing reels, short clips and social media videos from existing video footage, images and client assets.
Designing creative graphics and visual content for use across social platforms.
Repurposing longer form video content into shorter, engaging clips suitable for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Helping to develop fresh content ideas for a varied range of clients.
Working with the wider team to support client campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC and website projects.
Ensuring all content is produced in line with client branding, tone of voice and campaign objectives.
Keeping up to date with social media content trends and creative formats.
Managing your own workload and meeting agreed deadlines.
Working with our in-house podcast studio to record and edit client content

About You

We are looking for someone who is creative, reliable and keen to make a real contribution to the team.

You should be confident creating visual content and have a good eye for what works well on social media. You will need to be comfortable taking raw assets, such as video clips, photos and brand materials, and turning them into polished, engaging content.

The ideal person will be:

Creative and full of ideas.
Self motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable editing video and creating short form content.
Confident creating designs for social media.
Organised and able to manage multiple client projects.
A good communicator who can work well with the wider team.
Interested in digital marketing, content trends and social media.
Willing to bring new ideas to the table and add value to client campaigns.

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
