Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple online platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing, with a strong focus on management, SEO, and project coordination. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and a keen eye for analytics to optimise campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, and search engines.
optimise website content using SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Manage and update WordPress websites ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
Oversee social media management by creating compelling content, scheduling posts, and analysing engagement metrics.
Utilise Google Ads and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Create engaging copy for various digital platforms including blogs, email newsletters, and advertisements using strong copywriting skills.
Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop to support campaigns and promotional materials.
Analyse data trends to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing efforts effectively.
Manage email marketing campaigns using industry-standard tools to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
Lead B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted strategies for corporate clients and partners.
Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate campaign results and strategic plans to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing management with a solid understanding of SEO, social media management, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong IT skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights for continuous optimisation of campaigns.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage projects effectively within a team environment.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and experience in project management is desirable. This role offers an engaging environment where innovative ideas are valued and professional growth is encouraged for driven individuals eager to make an impact in the digital marketing landscape.
