Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Property Inventory Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of property assets, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring data integrity within our property management systems. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to document condition and inventory status
- Maintain accurate records using property management software, preferably Yardi
- Input data related to property assets, repairs, and inspections with precision and efficiency
- Assist in organising property documentation and updating records regularly
- Liaise with maintenance teams and tenants regarding property issues or updates
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, tenants, or vendors
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or maintenance when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience with office administration or data entry roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Inventory Base or similar property management software is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Experience in upselling services or products is a plus
- Administrative experience in a property or real estate environment is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
