Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Cleyro Serviced Apartments. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene for our guests. Our success as a business is based around complete customer satisfaction, therefore you will need to have a passion for cleaning as our guests expect high standards. If you feel you are hardworking and would like the opportunity to deliver excellent cleaning standards to our guests then you should apply.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.
Dust and wipe surfaces, ensuring that all areas are free from dirt and debris.
Sanitise bathrooms, change towels and bed linen.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean environment.
Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Be friendly & polite to all guests.
Report any damages or wear & tear to Head of Housekeeping.
Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Assist with any additional cleaning requests as needed.
£13.00 per hour
Minimum 30 hours per week
168 Hours paid holiday per year (based on 30 hours per week rota)
3% Employer Pension Contributions
Rota work, 7 day per week business with days off allocated, typical working hours sit within 9am to 4pm. Weekend time off is rota based. Bank Holiday work is rota based.

Skills

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is beneficial but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items. If you possess the necessary skills and dedication to maintain high standards of cleanliness, we encourage you to apply for this vital role within our organisation.
