Job Advert

The purpose of this role is to provide data processing support to our data specialist team. The role will involve working with clients on packaging data submissions, updating product databases, carrying out data collection and validation activities. A high level of Excel skill is required, along with experience in a data related role. A small amount of travel around the UK may be required to conduct on site client visits.

Job Description

Data collection & processing

Responsible for meticulously processing client packaging data, adhering to producer responsibility regulations.
Supporting with data collection activities, including on-site.
Support the delivery of other data services.

Client engagement

Collaborate with account managers to coordinate collection of clients’ data.
Engage with clients to resolve data queries and validate data accuracy, in accordance with relevant legislation.

Documentation and compliance

Follow internal processes and ensure accurate completion of case management systems and templated documents.
Maintain detailed records of data processing methodologies for each client to ensure regulatory compliance.

Person Specification

Strong analytical, organisation and administrative skills.
Can demonstrate, with experience, a high level of compliance and attention to detail.
Demonstrated capacity to rapidly acquire new skills, knowledge, and information.
Proficient in IT with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and data manipulation.
Proven ability to consistently complete tasks, meet deadlines, and follow established procedures.
Experience of communicating technical information to clients.
Able to work collaboratively both internally and externally.
Persistent in problem solving and seeing tasks through to completion.

Package

C. £28K per year
fixed-term contract until end 2026
28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
5 x salary life insurance, 7% employer pension contribution, up to 10% bonus, employee health cash plan, paid sick leave, critical illness cover, 2 weeks workcation, options to buy additional holiday or unpaid leave, 3 days volunteer leave, happy to talk flexible working, remote working, wellbeing support, great office location, £250 home working set up payment.
Hybrid working. At least 3 days required in office.
