Full job description

Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organised, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Our office is a fast-paced environment within a great team so the ability to multi-task and prioritise is essential.

Responsibilities to include:

- Greet and assist visitors, such as contractors, landlords and tenants in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary. Booking in viewings and arranging access for viewings.

- Perform administration duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

- Uploading properties onto our system & Rightmove.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

- Deal with prospective landlords and tenants over the phone.

- Handling keys for properties and liaising with contractors.

- Utilise computerised systems for various office tasks

- Type documents, reports, and correspondence accurately

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a busy administrative or receptionist role is advantageous

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail

- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
