BUTCHER / TRAINEE BUTCHER WANTED

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Butcher or Trainee Butcher to join our busy, award-winning team. Whether you’re an experienced butcher or someone looking to start a career in the trade, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role Will Include:
✔ Preparing and butchering all types of meat to a high standard
✔ Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
✔ Using your knowledge of meat cuts and products to advise customers
✔ Producing sausages, burgers, kebabs, and other value-added products
✔ Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and food safety
✔ Working as part of a close-knit team
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Previous butchery experience is preferred, but full training can be provided for the right candidate
✔ Good knowledge of meat cuts and products would be an advantage
✔ Friendly and confident when dealing with customers
✔ Smart appearance and professional attitude
✔ A willingness to learn and adapt to our methods and standards
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday
44 hours per week
4 weeks holiday + bank holidays
Pay depending on experience:
£13.00 to 16.00 per hour
